Poverty eradication

Poverty  eradication  will only happen when,  amidst other essential factors, will converge these two most important ones: quality  public EDUCATION  and  full employment . The first will give the needed conditions to the citizens to choose the proper  candidate to represent them politically; the latter will lead to economic  growth.                                                                      

Other than that, anything that might be said, doesn’t correspond to reality.
